Cabopino Realty SL is a company that specializes in real estate on the Costa Del Sol.
For the long term rental department we specialize in the area from Fuengirola (castillo sohail) up to the entrance of Marbella and inland Monda – Ojen – Coin – Alhaurin El Grande – Cartama – Alhaurin de la torre - Guaro. Our rental properties are carefully selected on price vs quality. Before presenting a property we listen carefully to your family needs so we do not waste your time on showing you properties that are not suitable to you. All our contracts are 11 months and to protect the owners of the properties we do require some basic paperwork from you as a tenant and 2 months deposit on all our properties.
For the sales department we specialize in the area from Torremolinos to Sotogrande and Inland the same as the rental properties. Whether you are looking for an investment, a holiday home or a permanent home we will find you the right property.

The owners of the company are Jean Marie Provenzano and Sandra Goovaerts.
Jean Marie with experience in the Real estate sector on the Costa Del Sol will be the person to go out with you and find you the right property.
Sandra with experience in the Real estate sector on the Costa Del Sol will help you with the paperwork and the follow up of your purchase or rental.
All our contracts are in Spanish. You can ask us to send you the contract upfront to be able to get a free translation done by a person of your choice or to review the contract with your lawyer before purchasing or renting a property.
